This is one of my favorite images; when the shutter did its thing I knew this was going to be one of my favorite images. These small islands off the coast of Northern California have spoken to me in different ways during different parts of my life. Sometimes I just stare at it, look around it, observe it. I think when I look at this image. About what I cannot say for it always changes but I think nonetheless. They are thoughtful islands.
